Activities

1. HSEQ: To promote safety culture within the project and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing. To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules and requirements, in particular at the testing site location. 2. Mindset: With the spirit of CLIENT'S values, to establish and manage his/her activities motivating his/her counterparts and to work diligently to meet the targets of the projects. 3. Engineering: Review of engineering documentation related to controls equipment, associated installation and commissioning procedures. Ensure close coordination between engineering and manufacturing sites. 4. Testing: To ensure a proper follow-up of Controls equipment ITPs. Witness Controls FAT and EFAT. 5. Quality: To ensure Contractor is performing his/her activities as per Company specifications, design and codes and CLIENT'S referential. To ensure a high quality of the reviewed documentation and ensure its application during testing activities. Any gaps identified during the testing activities shall be clarified before the release of the product. 6. Execution: To ensure good preparation readiness and site execution supervision, and interface with other entities is anticipated. Handover to OPS is smoothly done. 7. Planning & risks: Responsible for actively analyzing and reporting on a regular monthly basis the critical path associated to controls equipment 8. Reporting: Provide on a weekly basis a status of activities / progress on his perimeter. 9. Cost savings: To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project. 10. REX: To actively contribute to the new control system REX and lessons learned to be shared across the organization for the benefits of future projects.

Accountabilities
The Service holder is involved in PBF projects portfolio for all activities related to LIFEX. He supervises and controls the works relative to the ICS/PLC.
As such, the service holder will be involved in:
• Review of the discipline-related documentation (Project Specification, drawings, etc..).
• Monitoring of fabrication of Control System items.
• Organization and participation in monitoring activities and planned QC inspections / audits / tests /meetings, etc., with Contractor and suppliers and provide associated reporting.
• Coordination of offshore works, equipment readiness and mobilization...
• Site commissioning and survey assistance.
• Maintenance Engineering.
• Support the LIFEX MAN Package Leader in her/his tasks.
• Assist on project planning and reporting.
• Demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regards to HSEQ rules & requirements and implement HSEQ rules within her/his area of responsibility. Avoid complacency in terms of HSEQ.
• Work efficiency with TEPA and PBF transverse entities (HSEQ, Production, QA/QC). Work in transverse mode and promote it by exemplarity.
• Promote and deploy with all parties involved the work together mindset and concrete actions.
• Participate to the development of Project Management main documents (PEP, PQP, etc.).
• Develop a strong team spirit.

Qualifications/Experience required

Qualifications: Engineering degree or equivalent.

Professional experience: 5 to 10 years.

Experience Field Operations subsea.

Languages: English fluent.
