Our client in Luanda is looking for a Construction Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Construction and Engineering Sectors and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities

Carry out the analysis of the project prior to the start of implementation. Study of alternative solutions to the project. Technical analysis of procurement (materials and subcontractors). Ensure quality and safety parameters according to IMS. Management of the supervisory entity, preparation of work and cost control.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum professional experience of 5 years, preferably in hospital works. Technical knowledge for production management and contract control. Domain of AutoCAD software, Microsoft Office. Proactivity, organization and ability to work in teams.
