Major Areas of Responsibility
  • Manage the QHSE function using the Compliance and QHSE Application.
  • Advise Management on all matters pertaining to QHSE issues/topics
  • Implement a plan, QHSE programs and promotional activities (inspections, campaigns and competitions) that will improve Quality, Safety, Security, Health and Environmental awareness
  • Implement, establish and maintain a reporting, investigation and analysis system
  • Implement, investigate and report all QHSE defined metrics
  • Manage, Consolidate, Coordinate the Implementation and maintain all records pertaining to the Compliance and QHSE system such as: business licenses, certificates, reports, etc... as required by the Management System
  • the records pertaining to the Quality Management System
  • Implement a process to ensure the organization follows the latest standards and regulatory requirements in country and provinces employeer operate
  • Improve QHSE and ensure that QHSE standards are maintained and continually seek ways to improve them
  • Communicate and establish a network within the various functions and the management in the company as to be the unique point of contact for supporting QHSE programs
  • Coordinate and ensure that all personnel have received appropriate Compliance and QHSE trainings
  • Coordinate and ensure that the instructions to sub-contractors on the Compliance and QHSE policies and procedures are understood, followed and that they comply with our internal Corporate requirements
  • Coordinate and establish the deployment and implementation plan of safety personnel to monitor and maintain safety and health, prevent and fight fires, respond to accidents and control environment pollution and programs
  • Coordinate, setup, execute and implement the preparation of the project site safety management plan (SSMP), execute evacuations exercises for the organizations
  • Write the annual QHSE Management Review meeting minutes as well as other key documents (HSE and environmental risk assessment plan, Internal Audit plan and reports, NCs analysis report, etc...) that pertain to a triple Certification and make them available one month before the external Audit
  • Gather, analyze and comment the collected key performance indicators
Candidate Profile
  • Education, certification:
Experience of ISO qualification standards: 14001 and 45001.
  • Business-specific skills :
Good strategic and planning skills, ability to translate.

Extensive skills to coordinate resources

Good result orientation and document control

Good communication skills

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook and Ward)
