Mechanical Engineer (Mechatronics)49_744000091702330Obowiązki Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in CAD design for robotic End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT) and full automation machinery design, along with hands-on experience in mechanical fabrication and manufacturing processes. This role involves designing mechanical components, supporting automation projects, and collaborating closely with the Senior Automation Engineer. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, including robotic EOAT and automation machinery.Create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and documentation for manufacturing.Operate and maintain fabrication equipment such as 3D printers, laser cutters, and CNC machines.Assist in panel design basics, including product selection for power supplies, motor drives, and protective devices.Manage mechanical fabrication projects, including budget planning and cost control.Conduct safety risk assessments and ensure compliance with ergonomic principles in design.Apply UL 508A standards for electrical panel design and integration.Support prototype development and testing for automation projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.Travel up to 40% for project support, installations, and troubleshooting.Wymagania Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.Industry experience in mechanical design and manufacturing processes.Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other CAD tools for automation machinery and EOAT design.Hands-on experience with 3D printing, laser cutting, and CNC machining.Basic understanding of electrical panel design and component selection.Strong budget management skills for mechanical fabrication.Knowledge of safety risk assessment, ergonomics, and UL 508A compliance.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with robotics, automation systems, PLC’s, or controls/software.Familiarity with industrial standards and safety practices.Oferujemy  Eurofins BioPharma Testing is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
