You will also manage and develop identified customer accounts, strengthen customer relationships, maintain existing revenue streams and identify new opportunities.Main DutiesRespond and administer sales enquiries coming into the business primarily for the cosmetic category.Achieve annual revenue targets and KPIs including monitored sales activities including client calls and visitsBuild strong relationships and understanding for allocated customer accounts to respond and manage incoming enquiries effectively and efficiencyIdentify and action sales opportunities from existing and lapsed clients for new business revenueBuild strong relationships and understanding for allocated customer accounts to maintain and forecast businessIdentify opportunities for growth and diversification from allocated customer accounts including the promotion of the full Eurofins Consumer Product Testing (CPT) offerDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of the Eurofins CPT network and lab capabilitiesLiaise with Eurofins intercompany partners to establish and confirm schedules and test optionsEnsure client project paperwork is returned and completed in a timely mannerDeliver and support the client / project handover between the sales and technical services teamTrack all enquiries and key customer data in a timely, efficient and organised manner including the use of CRM. Provide a high level of internal and external customer careProvide any necessary data or reports to the sales and management teamsSupport in the planning and delivery of marketing, exhibition and event activityAttend as requested exhibitions and eventsAttend as required onsite client visitsWymagania Proven experience in a customer service, sales or account management roleComputer literateEffective communication skills both written and oral.High level of attention to detail.To be able to communicate to different levels within the business and to gain the confidence of the client.To be a self-starter and manage own workload in a timely and effective mannerStrong organisational, multi-tasking and time management skillsOferujemy BenefitsAt Eurofins we are growing, innovating and always learning.
