Formulation Development Scientist - Oral Solid Dosage49_744000094461705Obowiązki This scientist will develop formulations for oral solid dosage forms (tablets and capsules) on high-priority programs with accelerated timelines. Key responsibilities include designing and executing formulation and process development experiments, interpreting scientific data, and communicating findings to stakeholders. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to meet tight project deliverables and authoring technical reports and CMC sections for regulatory submissions.Position Responsibilities:Understand project timelines and deliverables and plans/coordinates project work accordingly with stakeholders.Contribute significantly and independently to project work which may include multiple projects within functional area.Review, interpret and communicate data within project teams.  Plan and implement resolutions to technical problems/issues.Independently design and execute experiments and report results.Proactively analyze manufacturing issues and coordinate potential resolution with the drug substance team.Wymagania Basic Minimum Qualifications:A degree in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, engineering, or a related pharmaceutical science with at least 4 years of formulation development experienceBS with at least 6 years of industry experience, MS with at least 4 years of industry experience, or PhD with at least 6 months of industry experience in formulation developmentMust have experience specificially with oral solid dosage formulation developmentStrong knowledge of CMC pharmaceutical development, including hands-on operation manufacturing equipment and laboratory instruments (compression, wet/dry granulation, capsule filling, etc.)Sound knowledge of current Good Manufacturing PracticesTechnical writing experienceExperienced working in a multi-disciplinary team environmentMust be eligible to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipOferujemy Position is Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cambridge, MA are encouraged to apply.Excellent full-time benefits include:Comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision optionsLife and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidayYearly goal-based bonus & eligibility for merit-based increasesBase Compensation: $90,000 to $99,000 per year based on experience and educationEurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
