Project Manager Lead

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager Lead to join our team at ACZENTA. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all project planning, control, and reporting activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including project teams, vendors, and customers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from plan, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Liaise with Development Project Managers to ensure alignment with company strategies and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools, such as EDAM, PROJECT DIARY, SAP, and SIGEP.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is an asset.
