Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all project planning, control, and reporting activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project planning, control, and reporting activities
• Define competencies and staffing needs for project services activities
• Coordinate with Development Project Manager for Projects Assurance Reviews, Gates authorization, and Releases
• Ensure accurate definition of project budget and schedule estimates
• Develop and implement project coordination and control procedures
• Support Development Project Manager in independent reviews and change management processes
• Liaise closely with project control HQ functions and facilitate project workshops

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems, including EDAM, PROJECT DIARY, SAP, and SIGEP
