We are hiring 15 Plant Foremen / Senior Operators to lead production at a high-capacity diamond recovery plant in Angola. This is a frontline leadership role, ensuring throughput, compliance, and team performance in one of Africas most dynamic mining projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant operations to hit throughput and utilisation targets
• Supervise teams, manage shifts, and enforce discipline
• Interpret plant readings and adjust processes for maximum recovery
• Support metallurgical test work and ensure quality compliance
• Conduct audits, maintain housekeeping, and enforce safety standards
• Provide training, coaching, and succession planning for plant personnel
• Prepare and submit shift and production reports

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in diamond mining, with strong DMS & recovery background
• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain production discipline
• Solid understanding of metallurgical best practices & MHSA compliance
• (Bonus: 10 years experience for senior-level operators)
