As an HR Intern in Angola, you'll support the Human Resources department in carrying out key administrative and operational tasks. The role provides hands-on experience in HR functions and is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to start a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain HR systems, policies, and processes for the group.

  • Continuously evaluate and identify routes to organizational efficiency.

  • Advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and employment agreements.
  • Update and review of Personnel handbook.
  • Archiving documentation of people's experience and training (CVs/Certificates etc.).
  • Participate in /Lead minor and medium projects.
  • Develop/ assist on developing HR related presentations.
  • Super user in various HR systems (Workable, SIMPLOYER, Talmundo, UBW, NEO).
  • Support HR functions globally in all HR related processes.
  • Assisting with the consolidating of HR data for the Monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Other assigned duties and ad-hoc tasks requested by the HR-Team.
  • Assist HR-Manager and HR advisors with various tasks.
  • Other administrative tasks if necessary.
Requirements

Education:

  • Started on a Bachelor or Master's degree of Administration, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or organisational psychology.

Experience / Knowledge:

  • Understanding and experience in dealing in a diverse international employment environment
  • Fluent Norwegian and English, both verbal and written

  • Familiarity with Angolan labor laws is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to use HR software or databases is a bonus.

Cultural Awareness

  • Sensitive to cultural norms, particularly in a diverse or multinational work environment.
  • Can adapt to the company culture and local workplace dynamics.
