Company Site Representative (CSR)
Job Description

The Company Site Representative (CSR) serves as the primary liaison between the client and the contractor at the project site. This role is responsible for ensuring that all activities are executed in full compliance with the client's technical requirements, contractual obligations, and HSE standards. The CSR oversees day-to-day site operations, coordinates communication among all stakeholders, and provides consistent reporting to both the client and internal management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the company's main representative at the client site for all operational and technical matters.

  • Ensure all work complies with client specifications, contractual requirements, and HSE policies.

  • Monitor project progress, quality, and schedule; proactively identify and resolve issues.

  • Coordinate with the client, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Conduct daily site inspections and submit accurate progress and HSE reports.

  • Manage permits, approvals, and document control processes.

Assignment Details

We are sourcing an experienced onshore/offshore construction professional, preferably from in South Africa, for a temporary assignment in West Africa.

  • Duration: January to July 2026

  • Phase 1 (Onshore): Approximately 4–5 months

  • Phase 2 (Offshore): Rotation thereafter

Rotations

  • Onshore: 9 weeks ON / 3 weeks OFF

  • Offshore: 4 weeks ON / 4 weeks OFF

Requirements

  • English fluency (mandatory)

  • Previous offshore experience (highly preferred)

  • Valid BOSIET, medical certificate, and yellow fever vaccination
