The Role:

Develop automated deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure as code.
Manage cloud infrastructure, containerised environments, and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability across production and staging environments.
Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance measures in infrastructure and pipelines.
Evaluate and adopt tools, frameworks, and processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Document systems, workflows, and operational procedures for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Ensure systems scale effectively to handle growing traffic and application complexity.

Ideal Profile:

You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Hands-on knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and operations tasks.
Expertise in monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
Experience designing and maintaining secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure.
Ability to solve complex operational challenges and implement long-term solutions.
