Responsabilidade:
-
Resolução de problemas técnicos e gestão de solicitações dos utilizadores;
- Coordenação com as equipas centrais de IS&T, assegurando a conformidade com as políticas de TI da empresa;
- Apoio aos processos de integração e desligamento (onboarding/offboarding);
- Gestão de ativos tecnológicos;
- Contributo para iniciativas de melhoria contínua no suporte operacional.
- Formação superior em Tecnologias de Informação, Engenharia Informática ou áreas afins;
- Experiência prévia em funções de suporte técnico (hardware, software e redes);
- Bons conhecimentos de sistemas operativos (Windows/Linux) e ferramentas de colaboração;
- Capacidade de diagnóstico e resolução de problemas técnicos;
- Experiência em gestão de activos de IT e processos de onboarding/offboarding;
- Conhecimento das políticas de conformidade e boas práticas de segurança informática;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
- Disponibilidade para deslocações a locais de exploração remotos;
- Inglês (fluente).
