Overview:
Our client, a leading name in the iGaming industry, is seeking a commercially focused and strategically minded Country Manager – Chile to lead growth efforts across the Chilean market and neighbouring LATAM regions. This is a senior leadership role ideal for a results-driven individual with deep local market expertise and a strong background in acquisition, brand development, and operational performance.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to balance high-level strategy with practical execution, leveraging digital channels, partnerships, and market insights to accelerate commercial growth.

Responsibilities:

As Country Manager - Chile, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and implement the commercial strategy for Chile, covering both casino and sportsbook products, with a focus on customer acquisition, traffic growth, and brand presence.
  • Drive affiliate partnerships, paid media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and local media engagement to deliver measurable growth.
  • Take full ownership of market KPIs, commercial P&L, and ROI tracking, ensuring alignment with group objectives.
  • Develop and execute market-specific marketing campaigns and promotions that maximise customer engagement and conversion.
  • Utilise deep understanding of regional payment behaviours to optimise payment solutions and increase deposit success rates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local affiliates, influencers, and digital agencies to strengthen brand positioning and widen market reach.
  • Monitor competitor activity and regional trends to inform strategy and protect competitive advantage.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulatory and licensing frameworks, offering guidance on risk mitigation and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, CRM, payments, customer support, compliance) to ensure end-to-end localisation of the player experience.
  • Support launches, pricing strategies, and local product improvements tailored to player preferences.
  • Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and insights to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior commercial or leadership role within iGaming, with strong exposure to LATAM markets.
  • Native-level Spanish and fluent English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in growing customer bases across casino and sportsbook verticals.
  • Established network within local affiliate, media, and digital marketing circles.
  • In-depth knowledge of regional payment systems and provider landscape.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing P&Ls and delivering growth targets.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Understanding of Chilean and broader LATAM regulatory environments.
  • Entrepreneurial approach, cultural fluency, and proven stakeholder management experience.
