Job Overview: Weatherford has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced R&M Supervisor TRS (Tubular Running Services) to join the team in Luanda, Angola. The R&M Supervisor trains and assists R&M Technicians working on the preventive and corrective maintenance of TRS equipment. The role performs these tasks by enforcing the proper implementation of company guidelines, technical work instructions, test procedures, schematics, engineering notices, and best practices to complete the scope of functions where required. Further responsibilities include ensuring that direct reports are trained and competent to perform specific related tasks, preserving a healthy and safe environment, and maintaining top-quality control over all maintenance activities. Responsibilities: Safety & Compliance Uphold highest standards of corporate governance and compliance with Weatherford's Security, HSE policies, and Rules to Live By. Prioritize Quality, Health & Safety, Security and Environmental protection. Demonstrate effective safety leadership for all subordinates and visitors. Operations Management Lead maintenance team to achieve KPIs and goals. Define scheduled preventative maintenance according to company procedures. Ensure proper training of maintenance personnel. Oversee 24-hour on-call support for customer requirements. Guide junior staff during complex troubleshooting. Lead inventory demand forecasting with R&M Planner. Manage equipment modifications and ensure adherence to procedures. Complete and monitor Work Orders, AIRTs, PFTs, and other documentation. Lean Management Lead Shop Daily Meetings and identify process deviations. Maintain Lean Management System (SDM, PDCA PS, KAIZEN, 5S, etc). Balance workload across work cells to achieve daily production targets. Conduct Root Cause Analysis using PDCA-PS. Perform weekly Lean Management System Audits. People & Development Evaluate employee performance and address performance issues. Engage regularly with team members for performance discussions. Collaborate with HR for recruitment and retention strategies. Financial Responsibility Estimate and monitor repair and maintenance costs. Ensure costs remain within approved budgets. Skills: Maintenance planning. Understanding of administration, management, and strategic planning. Fundamentals of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Root Cause Analysis and inventory management. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and time management skills. Qualifications: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering preferred. LEAN certification/experience preferred. Experience in downhole equipment repairs. Experience in repair or production environment. Previous supervisory experience. #LI-AM1
