As they expand their operations into Angola , they are seeking a talented and motivated Country Manager to spearhead their growth in this exciting market.

As the Country Manager for Angola , you will be at the forefront of their expansion efforts, responsible for driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence in this key market.

You will have the opportunity to shape their presence in Angola , capitalize on market opportunities, and elevate the brand to new heights.

Your key job responsibilities as the Country Manager in Angola will include:

Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the gaming industry within Angola. Develop and execute strategic plans to capitalize on market potential and achieve business objectives. Drive business development initiatives to expand the presence in Angola, including establishing partnerships with local gaming operators, distributors, and other key stakeholders. Negotiate favorable terms and agreements to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Build and maintain our brand presence in Angola through effective marketing and promotional activities. Develop innovative marketing campaigns tailored to the local market to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations in Angola, ensuring compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Implement efficient processes and systems to optimize performance and maximize profitability. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders in Angola. Anticipate customer needs and preferences to deliver exceptional gaming experiences and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements for this Country Manager job in Angola :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in business development, marketing, or operations within the gaming industry. Deep understanding of the gaming market landscape in Angola, including regulatory requirements, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
