Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Control Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of project planning, control, and reporting activities.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Coordinate all project planning, control, and reporting activities, including scope, schedule, cost, and budgeting, risk management, and document management.">
  • Define competencies and staffing needs for project services activities.">
  • Coordinate with Development Project Manager for Projects Assurance Reviews, Gates authorization, and Releases.">
  • Ensure the planning, monitoring, and updating of the project schedule.">
  • Ensure the definition of the project budget accuracy.">
  • Ensure robust and integrity definition of cost and schedule estimates.">
  • Monitor and control development project work, risks, and update risk management plan and risk register.">
  • Perform quality control and ensure accurate and timely project reporting.">
  • Liaise closely with competent project control HQ functions and maintain effective communication.">

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled in project control, planning, and management.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.">
  • Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.">
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.">

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business, or project management).">
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).">
  • Experience in energy sector projects.">
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and project management software.">
