Job Title: Project Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Services Manager to lead our project planning, control, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate all project aspects, including scope, schedule, cost, budgeting, risk management, reporting, and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define competencies and staffing needs for project services activities
- Coordinate with Development Project Manager for Projects Assurance Reviews, Gates authorization, and Releases
- Coordinate the definition of the project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
- Ensure project schedule planning, monitoring, and updating
- Ensure accurate project budget definitions
- Develop robust and integrity-driven cost and schedule estimates
- Coordinate project risk management activities execution
- Support preparation of OPD key deliverables (DSPs, Close-out)
- Assess and formalize potential project changes
- Consolidate and track potential and approved project changes
- Monitor and update project schedule progress, cost figures, and baselines
- Update company database
- Control project documents excluding engineering documents
- Define and implement project coordination and control procedures (planning, progress measurement, cost control, cost estimates, document management) according to applicable standards and rules
- Support Development Project Manager in independent project reviews preparation
- Facilitate project workshops on areas of competence
- Review project reports

Additional Skills & Knowledge:

- Construction Plan and Monitoring: construction planning and monitoring
- Commissioning Plan and Monitoring: commissioning planning and monitoring, facilities partition (subsystems)
- HSE Principles and Systems: contaminated site remediation plans, environmental legislation, regulations, and technical standards, environmental risk/impact assessment and mitigation techniques, waste management, HSEQ principles and systems, environmental remediation & water treatment plants & decommissioning
- Contracts and Commercial Negotiations: petroleum agreements contractual & econ. evaluations
- Production Operations: production operations
- Decommissioning & Abandonment Planning Management: decommissioning activity plan preparation, decommissioning project planning updating & follow-up, decommissioning project support
- Drilling & Well Completion Activities
