Job Description:
At Open Mind, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Development Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and expanding our client base.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. With a strong background in account management, you will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, resolving any issues promptly and effectively
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and services based on client needs
- Track and report on sales metrics, client satisfaction, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably managing key accounts with prominent local companies
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts successfully
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
- Leadership abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive sales performance
- Negotiation skills to secure contracts and handle challenging client interactions effectively
- Proficiency in Excel and workflow management tools (e.g., CRM software, project management platforms)
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
