The role of Project Coordinator involves overseeing the planning, control, and reporting of projects. This includes managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and document management to support the project manager in achieving targets.
Key responsibilities include defining competencies and staffing needs for project services activities, coordinating with Development Project Manager for assurance reviews and gates authorization, and ensuring accurate budgeting and scheduling.
This position also involves monitoring and updating project schedules, tracking potential changes, and maintaining effective communication with project control HQ functions.
In addition, the Project Coordinator will support the Development Project Manager in preparing independent reviews and apply project change management processes.
