Job Title: Project Service Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Service Manager to lead our project planning, control, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of projects, while actively supporting the project manager in achieving cost and time targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating all aspects of project planning, monitoring, and controlling. They will be responsible for defining competencies and staffing needs for project services activities, coordinating with Development Project Managers for Projects Assurance Reviews, Gates authorization, and Releases, and ensuring the planning, monitoring, and updating of project schedules and budgets.

Main Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project planning, control, and reporting activities to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Define competencies and staffing needs for project services activities to ensure adequate resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Development Project Managers to ensure seamless project assurance reviews, gates authorization, and releases.
- Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and budgets to inform business decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
