Job Title: Project Service Manager - Project Coordinator

Description:

This role is responsible for coordinating all project planning, control, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will support the project manager in achieving cost and time targets by defining competencies and staffing needs, coordinating with Development Project Manager, and ensuring project scope, schedule, and budget accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project planning, control, and reporting activities
  • Define competencies and staffing needs for project services activities
  • Coordinate with Development Project Manager for Projects Assurance Reviews, Gates authorization, and Releases
  • Ensure project scope, schedule, and budget accuracy
  • Implement project coordination and control procedures according to company rules and standards
  • Schedule & Cost Risk Analysis
  • Value Management (capability to lead and facilitate improving practices workshops)

Project Configuration:

  • Development Project Scope Definition
  • Create ABS (Activities Breakdown Structure), Create WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
  • Develop Project Communications Plan
  • Develop Project Risk Management Plan & Risk Responses
  • Develop Project Schedule Baseline: Sequence activities, Estimate activity resources & durations
  • Development Project Cost Estimation (CAPEX, OPEX, DECOMMISSIONING)
  • Plan Project Procurements
  • Project Budget Determination
  • Project Quality Plan

Additional Skills & Knowledge:

  • Construction Plan and Monitoring: Construction Planning & Monitoring
  • Commissioning Plan and Monitoring: Commissioning Planning & Monitoring, Facilities Partition (subsystems)
  • HSE Principles and Systems: Contaminated site remediation plans, Environmental legislation, regulations and technical standards, Environmental risk/ impact assessment and mitigation techniques, Waste management, HSEQ Principles and Systems, Environmental Remediation & Water Treatment Plants & Decommissioning
  • Contracts and Commercial Negotiations: Petroleum Agreements Contractual & econ. Evaluat.
  • Production Operations: Production Operations,
  • Decommissioning & Abandonment Planning Management: Decommissioning Activity Plan preparation, Decommissioning Project Planning Updating & Follow Up, Decommissioning Project Support,
  • Drilling & Well Completion Activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
