Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all shipping activities across multiple locations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead a team of shipping professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations, vessel clearance procedures, and industry standards.
• Act as the primary liaison with port authorities, regulatory bodies, and international clients.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes and ensuring timely cargo movement.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the oil and gas sector.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or port operations.
• Expertise in vessel clearance, shipping regulations, and industry terminology.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Hands-on approach, comfortable being on-site at ports to oversee operations.
• Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
• Experience in oil and gas logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
