• Prepares/reconstitutes reagents
• Collecting and preparing samples, solutions, cultures and specimens and ensuring safe disposals of waste
• Enforcing strict health and safety regulations
• Staying up to date with relevant scientific developments that can improve the efficiency of lab operations. Additional Functions
• Delegates to designee during temporary absence; provides guidance, training, and/or assistance to other department personnel.
• Personally responsible for protecting paper records, computer records, and other device associated with confidential public health information or data.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable UAE labour laws at all times.
• Participates in regular quality audits by ensuring compliance of evidence/documents at all times
