Industrial Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at Open Mind. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth and market penetration.

• Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their specific requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Generation: Generate leads, convert them into sales opportunities, and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Product Promotion: Create marketing materials, participate in industry events, and promote products and services.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to quality standards, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and resolve issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the printing and packaging industry or FMCG sector.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Language: Portuguese and English (Basic is acceptable).
