At Open Mind, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Marketing Strategist to drive business growth and market penetration for our industrial printing and packaging solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling labels for various sectors including beverages, food, cosmetics, and detergents, as well as lamination products tailored for FMCG and commercial printing industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients; analyse market trends, competitors' activities; develop effective sales strategies based on market data.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients; understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Generation: Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities; develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Product Promotion: Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and samples to effectively showcase the factory's printing and packaging capabilities; participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the products and services.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to quality standards; coordinate with internal stakeholders to address customer inquiries; resolve issues, and optimize processes.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the printing and packaging industry or FMCG Sector.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Language: Portuguese and English (Basic is acceptable).
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong analytical abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of industrial printing and packaging processes is a plus.

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
