Project Coordinator

In this role as a Project Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all project planning, control, and reporting activities. This includes scope, schedule, cost, and budgeting, risk management, reporting, and document management. Your primary goal will be to support the project manager in efficiently achieving cost and time targets.

You will define competencies and staffing needs for project services activities, coordinate with the Development Project Manager for Projects Assurance Reviews, Gates authorization, and Releases. You will also ensure the planning, monitoring, and updating of the project schedule and the definition of the project budget accuracy.

The key responsibilities of this position include ensuring a robust and integrity definition of the cost and schedule estimates, executing project risk management activities, and coordinating and supporting the preparation of OPD key deliverables (DSPs, Close-out). Additionally, you will assess and formalize potential project changes, consolidate and track potential and approved project changes, and monitor and update the project schedule, progress, and cost figures.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as you will need to maintain effective communication and functional link with competent project control HQ functions. You will also actively support and facilitate project workshops on areas of competence and review project reports.

The project configuration involves development project scope definition, creating ABS and WBS, developing project communications plans, and developing project risk management plans. You will also develop project schedule baselines, estimate activity resources and durations, plan project procurements, and determine project budgets.

The project executing process involves directing and managing project execution, managing project teams, conducting procurements, contract management, and performing project quality assurance. In the project monitoring and controlling process, you will monitor and control development project work, monitor and control risks, update risk management plans, and perform quality control.

The project closing process involves closing projects or phases, preparing project requirements and reports for approval, and collecting historical and lessons-learned information. As part of project portfolio management, you will analyze and aggregate development activities, configure company project portfolios, and monitor and report on general costs, economics, scheduling, and authorization situations.

As a member of the ACZENTA team, you will use enterprise resource planning systems effectively, manage project master data bases, and have additional skills and knowledge in construction planning and monitoring, commissioning planning and monitoring, HSE principles and systems, contracts and commercial negotiations, production operations, and decommissioning and abandonment planning management.

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
