Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at ACZENTA. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating all project planning, control, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate project planning, control, and reporting activities, including scope, schedule, cost, and budgeting.
  2. Define competencies and staffing needs for project services activities.
  3. Coordinate with Development Project Manager for Projects Assurance Reviews, Gates authorization, and Releases.
  4. Coordinate the definition of the project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
  5. Ensure project schedule planning, monitoring, and updating.
  6. Ensure accurate project budget definitions.
  7. Ensure robust cost and schedule estimates.
  8. Coordinate project risk management activities.
  9. Support preparation of OPD key deliverables (DSPs, Close-out).
  10. Coordinate assessment and formalization of potential project changes.
  11. Consolidate and track potential and approved project changes.
  12. Monitor and update project schedule, progress, and cost figures.
  13. Update project baselines.
  14. Ensure timely and accurate project reporting.
  15. Ensure Company database updates.
  16. Control project documents, excluding engineering documents.
  17. Develop and implement project coordination and control procedures.
  18. Support Development Project Manager in independent reviews and change management processes.
  19. Liaise with competent project control HQ functions.
  20. Support project workshops on areas of competence.
  21. Review project reports.

  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
