Deputy Representative Programme Lead

UNICEF is seeking a highly experienced Programme Representative to join our team in Angola. As a key member of our programme, you will play a crucial role in promoting the rights of every child, everywhere, in everything we do.
Main Responsibilities:
- Programme planning and development, including support to the Representative on managing the CO
- Monitoring and quality control of Programmes, representation, alliance building, and UN System coordination
- Private Sector Engagement and Partnerships, innovation, knowledge management, and capacity building
- Security of personnel, programmes, and organizational assets
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social sciences, international relations, government and public relations, public or social policy, sociology, social or community development, or another relevant technical field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in development cooperation at the international level, with some experience in developing countries
- Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Portuguese is preferred
- Experience in humanitarian settings is highly desirable
