Maintenance Manager

At Open Mind, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including electricians, electro-mechanical engineers, mechanics, welders, and workers.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations staff to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other business functions.
• Manage maintenance budgets and resources, including procurement of materials and equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff, including training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, with increasing responsibility and lead supervisory experience.
• Academic qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
