Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our service center team at Open Mind. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of day-to-day activities, including staff management, scheduling, and training;
  • Coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels;
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations;
  • Handling customer complaints and providing exceptional service.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role or as a workshop manager;
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to motivate teams;
  • Technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures;
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
