**Job Description:**

At ACZENTA, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordination Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate all project planning, control, and reporting activities, including scope, schedule, cost, and budgeting.
  • Support the Development Project Manager in the preparation of project independent reviews and the application of project change management processes.
  • Liaise closely with competent project control HQ functions and maintain effective communication and functional links.
  • Actively support and facilitate project workshops on areas of competence.
  • Review project reports and support the gathering of available knowledge during the first development phases.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

  • Development Project Scope Definition.
  • Create ABS (Activities Breakdown Structure), Create WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
  • Develop Project Communications Plan: determine project stakeholder information needs and establish project communication channels.
  • Develop Project Risk Management Plan & Risk Responses.
  • Develop Project Schedule Baseline: sequence activities, estimate activity resources & durations.
  • Development Project Cost Estimation.
  • Plan Project Procurements.
  • Project Budget Determination.
  • Project Quality Plan.
  • Schedule & Cost Risk Analysis.
  • Value Management.

**Project Configuration:**

  • Development Investments Authorization Process.
  • Project Executing Process.
  • Project Monitoring and Controlling Process.
  • Project Closing Process.
  • Project Portfolio Management.

**Technical Requirements:**

  • EDAM effective use and implementation.
  • PROJECT DIARY or equivalent system effective use and implementation.
  • SAP and budgeting & accounting systems effective use and implementation.
  • SIGEP effective use and implementation.
  • Project Master Data Base management.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in project coordination and control.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
