Human Resources and Training Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing professional to join our team and deliver exceptional recruitment and training consultancy services to our clients. This role is ideal for proactive, results-driven professionals who excel working independently and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Job location: Samba/Corimba 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor, responding promptly and effectively to internal and external inquiries related to human resources and training.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records, including payroll data, leave management, turnover statistics, and training attendance.

  • Oversee internal payroll administration processes, ensuring compliance with INSS and other relevant regulations.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from talent sourcing, candidate evaluations, conducting orientations to onboarding new hires seamlessly.

  • Develop and present detailed HR activity reports and analytics for both internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Provide expert consultancy to clients by designing tailored recruitment and training proposals that align with their strategic objectives.

  • Initiate and contribute to HR and organizational development projects aimed at continuous process improvement.

  • Monitor and ensure strict adherence to Angola's labor laws (LGT) and HR compliance standards; proactively recommend process enhancements.

  • Foster strong collaboration across departments to support organizational goals and client satisfaction.

 
Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Human Resources Management or Training

  • In-depth knowledge of Angolan labor legislation (LGT) and compliance requirements.

  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, fluently proficient in English – both written and spoken.

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while delivering consistent, high-quality results.

  • Strong problem-solving aptitude coupled with a results-driven mindset.

  • Proven track record in fostering collaboration and teamwork within diverse organizational settings.
