
Project Coordination Specialist

This role involves coordinating all project planning, control and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scope, schedule, cost and budgeting, risk management, and document management.
- Define competencies and staffing needs for project services activities
- Coordinate with the Development Project Manager for Projects Assurance Reviews, Gates authorization and Releases
- Ensure the planning, monitoring and updating of the project schedule
- Ensure accurate project budget definition
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Defining and implementing project coordination and project control procedures
- Supporting the Development Project Manager in the preparation of project independent reviews
- Liaising closely with competent project control HQ functions
- Development Project Scope Definition
- Create ABS (Activities Breakdown Structure), Create WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
- Develop Project Communications Plan: determining stakeholder information needs and establishing communication channels
- Develop Project Risk Management Plan & Risk Responses
