Job Description

This role involves coordinating all project planning, control and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scope, schedule, cost and budgeting, risk management, and document management.

  • Define competencies and staffing needs for project services activities
  • Coordinate with the Development Project Manager for Projects Assurance Reviews, Gates authorization and Releases
  • Ensure the planning, monitoring and updating of the project schedule
  • Ensure accurate project budget definition

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Defining and implementing project coordination and project control procedures
  • Supporting the Development Project Manager in the preparation of project independent reviews
  • Liaising closely with competent project control HQ functions
Key Responsibilities
  • Development Project Scope Definition
  • Create ABS (Activities Breakdown Structure), Create WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
  • Develop Project Communications Plan: determining stakeholder information needs and establishing communication channels
  • Develop Project Risk Management Plan & Risk Responses
