Description
Role Purpose:

The Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure is responsible for leading the delivery of all infrastructure works across major developments, including utilities, roads, drainage, and networks. The role ensures projects are executed in line with design, quality, cost, and schedule requirements, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance with regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of all infrastructure packages from inception to completion.
  • Drive project delivery in alignment with corporate objectives, approved budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee consultants and contractors to ensure performance targets, design intent, and quality standards are achieved.
  • Coordinate closely with design consultants and relevant authorities to secure timely approvals and clearances.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Manage cost control, cash flow, and project variations to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all worksites.
  • Provide strong technical direction and leadership to project engineers and site teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive progress and performance reports for senior management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure works within real estate, mixed-use, or master development projects.
  • Proven track record in utilities, roadworks, drainage, and related infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of local authority standards and approval procedures.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing consultants, contractors, and multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantage.
