Job Description
The Business Development Analyst is responsible for supporting the growth and efficiency of the distributor, with a strong focus on sales team development, distribution, market coverage, promotional activities and commercial performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, Marketing or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial, Marketing and/or Trade Marketing. Experience in team management and team development. Knowledge of the formal and informal markets in Angola. Knowledge of the Angolan FMCG market and route-to-market. Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Basic English. Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills. Ability to develop the distributor’s commercial area and implement Trade Marketing actions at points of sale. Proactive, process-oriented and resilient, with the ability to anticipate solutions and adapt to change.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and monitoring of sales teams and commercial actions. Ensure Dulceria´s product distribution and coverage across different distributor channels. Monitor stock levels and anticipate potential stock-outs. Implement and manage promotional activities at points of sale. Conduct price research, competitor analysis and product performance analysis. Prepare market and sales reports. Support supplier requests, distributor demands, presentations and training sessions.
