Project Service Manager Job Description

">About the Role">

We are seeking an experienced Project Service Manager to lead and manage projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all project planning, control, and reporting activities.

">Main Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, schedule, cost, and budgeting; identify and assess risks; develop project schedules and budgets.">
  • Project Control: Monitor and control project progress, costs, and resources; ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.">
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders.">
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.">
  • Document Management: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project activities.">
">Project Portfolio Management">

You will be responsible for analyzing and aggregating development activities for the configuration of the Company Project Portfolio and its projection in time. This includes business planning, budgeting, and forecasting development projects.

">Additional Skills & Knowledge">
  • ">
  • Construction Planning & Monitoring: Develop and implement construction plans and monitor their execution.">
  • Commissioning Planning & Monitoring: Plan and execute commissioning activities, including facilities partition (subsystems).">
  • HSE Principles & Systems: Apply HSEQ principles and systems to ensure environmental remediation and waste management.">
  • Contracts & Commercial Negotiations: Manage contracts and negotiate commercial agreements.">
  • Production Operations: Oversee production operations, including drilling and well completion activities.">
  • Decommissioning & Abandonment Planning Management: Plan and execute decommissioning activities, including activity plan preparation and follow-up.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.">
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.">
