We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to lead our operations in Angola. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth of Selection 4.0.

About the Role:
  • This position reports directly to the Country Manager and is responsible for planning and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the business in Angola to achieve sales and profit objectives.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving business growth.

About You:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the Horeca industry, with a strong background in multinational companies and leadership roles.
  • You possess excellent management skills, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are fluent in English and have good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You are willing to relocate to Angola.
