This multinational Company, a leading provider in the Horeca business, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Country Manager in Angola.

The company operates globally and is committed to delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Description:
The Assistant Country Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating the day-to-day running of the business in Angola. This includes directing the organization's activities to achieve agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture, and legislative adherence.

The successful candidate will coordinate the activities of various teams, including Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR, General Services, and Warehouse Management. They will also be responsible for direct recovery from customers and payment to suppliers, as well as ensuring adherence to safety rules and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion in Angola
• Oversee the management of multiple teams, including commercial, operations, finance, and human resources
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
• Manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Analyze financial reports and provide insights for business decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Horeca industry
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
